Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Female Café Assistants for the evening shift at a well-established café. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions accurately.

• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

• Assist in the preparation of light snacks, sandwiches, and desserts.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.

• Refill stock and assist in inventory management.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.

• Support the café team in closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed before the shift ends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
