Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Café Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming café. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.

• Take customer orders and handle cash/card transactions.

• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

• Assist in food preparation and plating as per café standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.

• Restock supplies and ensure the café is well-equipped during service hours.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Previous café or food service experience is an advantage but not required.

Experience

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus.

Working Hours

• Part-time evening shifts (e.g., 4 PM – 10 PM or 5 PM – 11 PM).

• Flexible scheduling available, ideal for students or individuals seeking additional income.
