Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a friendly and energetic Female Barista / Café Helper to join our team for the evening shift. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming café environment. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the café.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.

• Assist in food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and snacks.

• Take customer orders and handle transactions efficiently.

• Ensure the café is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.

• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment.

• Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.

• Must be comfortable working in the evening shift.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

Working Hours
