Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Café Waitress & Assistant to join our team immediately. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.

• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

• Process payments and handle cash register transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café.

• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

• Follow health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic math skills for cash handling.

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or hospitality role (preferred).

• Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

Working Hours

• Evening shift: 4 PM – 11 PM

• Flexible working hours with weekends and holidays availability.
