Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously, providing prompt resolutions.
• Set up tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure an organized dining area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Process customer payments and manage cash/card transactions.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
