Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or a related role.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Asana, or other project management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with SaaS, tech, or software product operations is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
