- Proficiency with CRM software, email platforms, and chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic technical skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A customer-first mindset with patience and professionalism.
Experience
- 1+ years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred.
- Experience working in a remote support role is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Flexible shifts may be available, but some weekend availability may be required.
