Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative tasks and office operations during overnight hours.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure proper document management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders if needed.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major concerns to the relevant teams.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for remote or office-based operations.
  • Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

  • Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (adjustable based on company needs).
  • Monday to Friday (weekend availability may be required occasionally).
