Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Back Office Administrator to join our team for the night shift. This role is essential in supporting daily business operations, ensuring smooth data management, documentation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases.
- Handle back-office operations, including document verification and processing.
- Assist in generating reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Process invoices, track payments, and update financial records.
- Monitor emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues as they arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in back-office administration or a similar role.
- Prior experience working night shifts is an advantage.

Working Hours
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
- Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
