Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, service updates, and company policies.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Record customer interactions and details in CRM systems accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written English with strong grammar and typing accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat platforms or CRMs.
- Polite, patient, and empathetic communication style.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or chat-based communication is a plus but not mandatory.
- Training will be provided to all selected candidates.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available (Morning/Evening/Night)
- Minimum commitment of 4–6 hours per day.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of customer service etiquette and response handling.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, tech support, or service-based platforms (preferred).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fast typing speed (30+ WPM preferred).
- Basic understanding of common customer pain points and expectations.
