Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and transactions.

• Support loan processing and credit-related tasks.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the bank.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
