Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

• Provide information about financial products and services to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

• Support loan processing, account openings, and document verification.
