Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and banking services.
• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Process loan applications and guide customers on financial products.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support the banks administrative functions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns effectively.
• Assist in opening new accounts and updating existing ones.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High School (10+2) / Graduate degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and banking operations.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Experience

Working Hours

• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
