As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

  • Maintain records and documentation related to office operations.

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.

  • Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

  • Handle queries and provide accurate information to visitors and staff.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning.

  • Follow security protocols and ensure visitor log maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Customer service-oriented approach with a professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.

Experience

  • Entry-level candidates with good communication skills are welcome.

  • 1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles will be advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary based on company requirements).

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and employees.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles (preferred).
