Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist & Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing office operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask, manage administrative duties, and support the offices daily activities with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.

  • Assist with office supply inventory management and ordering.

  • Support various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when needed.

  • Assist in maintaining office records and updating databases.

  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is an advantage but not required.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or related role. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional flexibility may be required).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Familiarity with office procedures and equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical processes.
