Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
- Help manage and update the company website and blog with fresh content.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries.
- Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and helping optimize web content.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting email copy, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Help manage online advertisements, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Provide administrative support for digital marketing team activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and online branding.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A creative and proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
Experience:
- No prior professional experience required, but previous internships or personal projects in digital marketing are a plus.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
- Approximately 40 hours per week.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
