Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hiring trends, HR policies, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with HR software, ATS platforms, and job boards (a plus).
