• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications

• No prior experience required – freshers and career changers are welcome!
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
