This role is ideal for individuals with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions for students in assigned subjects.
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Encourage and motivate students to enhance their academic performance.
• Stay updated with the latest syllabus and examination patterns.

• Utilize online tools and platforms for conducting virtual classes (for online tutors).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Education or a relevant subject.
• Strong knowledge of the subject(s) being taught.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching strategies for different learning styles.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools (for online tuition jobs).
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or education-related roles.
• Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
