Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data entry and typing (minimum 35-40 words per minute).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Suite, and data management software).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in BPO, data entry, or computer operations is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available (Day/Night shifts).
  • Full-time and part-time positions are offered.
  • Rotational shifts may apply based on business needs.

  • Familiarity with BPO processes and customer service standards.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with minimal errors.
