Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for reliable and energetic Part-Time Delivery Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, have a passion for timely deliveries, and want to earn extra income with flexible working hours. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages from designated locations to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow the assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Ensure the safe handling of items and maintain product quality during transit.
• Communicate with customers and support teams regarding delivery updates or delays.
• Verify delivery details, including customer addresses and order accuracy.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or delays to the supervisor promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid drivers license and a two-wheeler (for bike delivery).
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• A smartphone with GPS capability for tracking deliveries.

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery services, logistics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Flexible work options available, with a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with delivery apps and order tracking software.
• Strong problem-solving skills in case of route changes or delays.
• Willingness to work in different weather conditions.
