Job Summary:


Flipkart is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seller Support Representatives in a remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for Flipkart sellers, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved efficiently. As a trusted partner in the seller journey, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the seller experience and contributing to Flipkart’s marketplace growth.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide professional, prompt, and accurate responses to seller queries via chat, email, and calls.

  • Troubleshoot seller issues related to listings, payments, orders, returns, logistics, and performance metrics.

  • Educate sellers on Flipkart’s tools, policies, and best practices to improve their success on the platform.

  • Maintain detailed and clear documentation of seller interactions in internal systems.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and follow-through.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and service quality.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Proficiency in navigating web tools, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.




Experience:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or e-commerce operations preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours:



  • 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.

  • Flexible shifts: Morning, Afternoon, or Evening (based on business requirements).

  • Total working hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break).




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and seller ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with Flipkart’s policies and services is a plus.

  • High attention to detail and ability to spot process gaps or recurring seller issues.

  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate challenging interactions.

  • Adaptability to rapidly changing procedures and priorities.
