Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to start their career in business analysis. The Associate Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret business data, helping to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with teams across departments, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to support business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of business solutions and process improvements.
• Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in testing and validating new systems or processes to ensure they meet business needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in developing dashboards for data visualization.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field (internships or academic projects count as experience).
• Exposure to working in Agile or project-based environments is a plus.
