Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data & Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position is perfect for individuals who have a keen interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve business processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for business teams.
• Assist in identifying business opportunities and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Work closely with different departments to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Use statistical methods and data tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and validating datasets.
• Support business operations by identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking progress.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R (preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Internships or academic projects related to data and business analysis are a plus.
• Prior experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is an advantage but not required.
