Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in listing and updating products on Flipkart’s online marketplace.

  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and product availability on seller dashboards.

  • Respond to basic customer queries through chat or email.

  • Coordinate with the internal logistics and support teams for order tracking and returns.

  • Ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate and up to date.

  • Support in data entry, file organization, and maintenance of digital records.

  • Work closely with category teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Basic knowledge of how online shopping platforms work.

  • Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and internet-based tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Good communication skills in English or any regional language.

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

  • Must have a personal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.



Experience



  • No prior work experience required.

  • Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.

  • Candidates with experience in customer service, online data entry, or virtual assistance are a plus, but not mandatory.



Working Hours
