We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented Order Processing Executives to join our growing work-from-home team. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling operational tasks with precision. You will play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining Flipkartā€™s high standards of service.



Key Responsibilities



  • Process incoming online orders through Flipkartā€™s internal systems.

  • Verify customer details, product specifications, and delivery information for accuracy.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and vendors to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

  • Monitor and update order status, handle cancellations or modifications as requested.

  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, discrepancies, or logistics delays.

  • Maintain daily reports and ensure all order data is logged correctly.

  • Collaborate with the support and logistics team to resolve issues in real-time.

  • Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and company protocols.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce order workflows.

  • Good command over English (both written and verbal); knowledge of regional languages is a bonus.

  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Excel, email, and web-based applications.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Comfortable working independently from home with minimal supervision.



Experience



  • 0ā€“2 years of experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, data entry, or customer service.

  • Freshers with the right skill set and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.



Working Hours



  • Flexible work schedule available.

  • Shifts may vary between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, depending on volume.

  • Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis.

  • Part-time and full-time slots available.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of online shopping platforms and order lifecycle.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-volume orders.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

  • Strong sense of accountability and work ethics.

  • Capable of working in a remote team setup using communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
