Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our IT team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for data, technology, and analytics but require training to fully develop their skills. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you gain expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and IT-related tools.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support business decision-making. You will work with various teams to provide insights that improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Support data-driven decision-making through detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Work closely with IT teams to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Learn and apply SQL, Python, or other programming languages to analyze datasets.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
• Participate in training programs to enhance analytical and technical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical methods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.

Experience

• No prior professional experience is required.
• Internship or academic projects related to data analysis will be considered a plus.
• Training will be provided to develop necessary technical skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible work arrangements available).
• Remote or hybrid options may be available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of database management concepts.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred but not required).
• Ability to document and present findings effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
