As a Logistics Coordinator at Flipkart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery management for our e-commerce operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate with delivery partners and warehouses to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

  • Monitor and manage real-time tracking systems to maintain up-to-date logistics data.

  • Troubleshoot shipment delays, reroutes, and exceptions by promptly communicating with stakeholders.

  • Maintain detailed records of shipments, returns, and delivery performance metrics.

  • Liaise with customer support and resolve logistics-related complaints efficiently.

  • Work with regional logistics teams to optimize routes and reduce operational bottlenecks.

  • Ensure compliance with Flipkart’s logistics policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and safety standards.



✅ Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and e-commerce delivery frameworks.

  • Proficiency in using logistics tracking tools, Excel, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.



📊 Experience



  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, supply chain operations, or related roles.

  • Prior experience in an e-commerce logistics or courier company is preferred but not mandatory.



⏰ Working Hours



  • Full-Time

  • Flexible 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

  • Occasional weekend support during high-demand seasons (with compensatory offs).

  • Knowledge of domestic courier networks and last-mile delivery operations.

  • Analytical mindset to interpret logistics KPIs and suggest process improvements.

  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in automation and logistics technology.
