Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Client Account Manager to drive customer success and manage key client relationships. The Client Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive optimal service, support, and strategic guidance to maximize their success on Amazons platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, providing them with strategic insights to enhance their business performance on Amazon.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients through data analysis and market research.
- Collaborate with internal Amazon teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to optimize client performance.
- Provide regular reports and performance analysis, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Track and manage account performance, ensuring clients achieve their business goals.
- Stay up to date with Amazon policies, industry trends, and marketplace updates to provide clients with relevant guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and Amazons marketplace ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus.
- Prior experience in managing high-value client accounts and driving business growth.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with standard business hours (Monday – Friday).
- May require occasional extended hours or weekend availability based on client needs.
