This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across various business units. As a Sourcer Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline for key positions worldwide.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent for Amazons global teams.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools, to proactively identify passive candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and talent requirements.
Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Analyze sourcing data and market trends to improve hiring strategies and inform decision-making.
Represent Amazons employer brand effectively to attract and engage top talent.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking initiatives to enhance Amazons talent acquisition efforts.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Expertise in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong ability to engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting within a corporate or agency setting.
Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across global markets is preferred.
Prior experience working in a high-volume hiring environment is a plus.
