Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sourcer Recruiter to join our Global Strategic Sourcing Team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across various business units. As a Sourcer Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline for key positions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent for Amazons global teams.

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools, to proactively identify passive candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and talent requirements.

• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Analyze sourcing data and market trends to improve hiring strategies and inform decision-making.

• Represent Amazons employer brand effectively to attract and engage top talent.

• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking initiatives to enhance Amazons talent acquisition efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Expertise in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment platforms.

• Strong ability to engage and build relationships with passive candidates.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting within a corporate or agency setting.

• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across global markets is preferred.

• Prior experience working in a high-volume hiring environment is a plus.

Working Hours
