Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (GER) to expand our presence in the German market. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients in the German market.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2+ level).
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an advantage.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Experience working in B2B or SaaS sales is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
