Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business within the automotive sector.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business prospects.
Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive activities.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of the German automotive market, including key players and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required.
5+ years of sales experience in the automotive or related industry.

Availability to travel within Germany for client meetings as needed.
