Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a detail-oriented and fluent German Content Moderator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and policies. Key Responsibilities

• Review, moderate, and approve user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with platform policies.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency while reviewing large volumes of content.

• Provide feedback to improve content policies and moderation processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, customer support, and policy teams, to ensure alignment with moderation standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for content moderation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and English (proficient level).

• Strong understanding of cultural nuances in the German-speaking market.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to identify subtle policy violations.

• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Working Hours
