Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor (f/m/d) with fluency in German and/or French to join our team. As a key part of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various roles. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our growing global team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, for roles across various departments.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in German and French-speaking markets.

  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong cultural and professional fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and workforce planning strategies.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

  • Maintain strong employer branding through recruitment marketing initiatives and social media engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring laws and company policies.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and/or French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR within an international environment.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.

  • Experience working with European markets, especially Germany and France, is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours with a preference for availability in European time zones.

  • Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or recruitment events.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in Germany and/or France.

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent.

  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse candidates.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
