Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor (f/m/d) with fluency in German and/or French to join our team. As a key part of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various roles. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our growing global team.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, for roles across various departments.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in German and French-speaking markets.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong cultural and professional fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and workforce planning strategies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Maintain strong employer branding through recruitment marketing initiatives and social media engagement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring laws and company policies.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
Fluency in German and/or French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR within an international environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
Experience working with European markets, especially Germany and France, is a plus.
Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
Flexible working hours with a preference for availability in European time zones.
Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or recruitment events.
Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in Germany and/or France.
Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent.
