Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales or working with startups is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
