Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, social media, etc.).
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services and qualify leads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior sales representatives.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of sales techniques, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales or working with startups is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
