Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent artistic skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including digital marketing materials, branding, social media graphics, and web assets. As a remote-friendly position, candidates can work from anywhere within Germany, with occasional team meetings in Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging visual content for digital and print media.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling graphics for campaigns.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

• Create illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials.

• Work on website and UI/UX designs to enhance user experience.

• Edit images, photos, and videos as needed.

• Keep up with design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

• Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and produce visually appealing designs.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours, with core availability between 10 AM - 4 PM CET.

• Remote work option with occasional in-person meetings in Munich.
