Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our accessories design projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for design trends, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics that enhance our accessories range. You will collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and product developers to produce high-quality designs that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing creative concepts for accessories, packaging, and branding materials.
• Work closely with the senior design team to ensure design consistency across all products.
• Create digital illustrations, patterns, and mockups for new product lines.
• Edit and retouch images to maintain high visual standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials, including social media content, website graphics, and advertisements.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and techniques in the fashion and accessories industry.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library for future reference.
• Assist in preparing presentations and mood boards for design proposals.
• Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Basic understanding of product development and packaging design.
• Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in accessories design is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, preferably in accessories or fashion.

Working Hours

• Full-time position: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible work arrangements may be available).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of print and digital design standards.
• Basic understanding of product manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to brand aesthetics and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
