Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a talented and creative Working Student (f/m/d) - Graphic Design to support our marketing and design team. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation. You will work closely with our team to design compelling visuals for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and print materials.

• Design and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts based on company branding guidelines.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets for promotions and advertisements.

• Contribute to UI/UX designs for web pages and mobile applications.

• Support in the development of presentation materials and other internal design needs.

• Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus).

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Experience:

• Prior experience in graphic design, whether through internships, freelancing, or personal projects, is highly valued.

• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours (10-20 hours per week, depending on availability and project workload).

• Work schedule can be adjusted based on university commitments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn.

• Ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly.

• Basic knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
