Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and is capable of transforming ideas into visually compelling content. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for digital and print media.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging designs for social media, advertisements, websites, and promotional materials.

• Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and style guidelines.

• Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia content to align with brand aesthetics.

• Work on UI/UX designs for websites and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry developments.

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

• Experience in digital and print design, including social media graphics, web banners, brochures, and presentations.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative mindset.

• Good communication and time management skills.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply).

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM) with flexibility based on project requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

• Adaptability to changing design trends and business needs.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
