Key Responsibilities

• Follow brand guidelines and design standards while ensuring creativity and uniqueness.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Make revisions and modifications to templates based on client feedback.
• Work independently while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience in designing templates for different digital formats (PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides, website themes, etc.).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Ability to create vector graphics and scalable design elements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote work environment.

Experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, template design, or a related field.
• Experience in freelance or remote work is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing template designs and creative work.
