Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Manager, Graphic Design (m/f/d) to lead our design team and elevate our visual brand identity. This role will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualization and execution of design projects across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency. Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Develop and implement innovative design strategies that align with the companys branding and business objectives.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and compelling visual identity across all platforms.
• Project Oversight: Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop compelling visuals that enhance user engagement.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve all creative materials before they go live to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Experience managing design teams, workflows, and project timelines.
• Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with UX/UI design and digital media is a plus.

Experience

• Proven track record of leading successful design projects.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Background in e-commerce, advertising, or digital media industries is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.
