Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional, and efficient customer support in German via phone, email, and chat.

- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and remote environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support or service role is preferred but not required.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
- Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position, with flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of customer support processes and techniques.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
