Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key/Business Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

  • Understand customer business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide value-driven solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to maximize revenue.

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of service.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic plans.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term business commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in key account management, business development, or sales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and business insights to drive decision-making.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible work options available based on client needs).
