Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients receive value-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies with client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance analysis to clients and management.
Negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are established.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in consultative sales, key account management, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic solutions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3+ years of experience in key account management, consultative sales, or business development.
Experience in managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Industry experience in recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or similar domains is a plus.
