We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Key Account Manager - Personal Care Europe to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated professional who can manage and grow key global accounts in the personal care sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and increase revenue from key global accounts in the personal care industry.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and strengthen client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the personal care or FMCG sector.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and drive growth.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on the personal care industry.

  • Experience managing international or global accounts is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexibility to accommodate client needs across different time zones.

  • Occasional travel required for client meetings, industry events, and company conferences.
