Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to optimize client satisfaction.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on account performance.

  • Act as a key point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issue resolution.

  • Travel internationally as needed to strengthen relationships and secure new business deals.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in key account management, international sales, or business development.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global teams.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.


Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in an international setting.

  • Experience in handling large clients and international business contracts.

  • Track record of achieving sales targets and growing business accounts.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • Availability for international travel and occasional meetings outside standard business hours.
