Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can develop long-term partnerships with clients and contribute to the companys success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales.
  • Experience in working with international clients is a plus.
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or recruitment industry is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and events.
