Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager - Customer Success to maintain and grow relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer engagement, and delivering long-term value to our partners. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to address client needs and develop strategies for retention and growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Analyze customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards upselling or cross-selling relevant solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor key account performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to align on their goals and expectations.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations for client growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and other customer management tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
3+ years of experience in key account management, customer success, or business development.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment is preferred.
Prior experience in the recruitment or job placement industry is a plus.
Full-time position.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (with flexibility as required to meet client needs).
Deep understanding of customer success principles and account management best practices.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand client objectives and align solutions accordingly.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
