Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager - Customer Success to maintain and grow relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer engagement, and delivering long-term value to our partners. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to address client needs and develop strategies for retention and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and trust.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards upselling or cross-selling relevant solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Monitor key account performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to align on their goals and expectations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations for client growth.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer management tools.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in key account management, customer success, or business development.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment is preferred.

  • Prior experience in the recruitment or job placement industry is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (with flexibility as required to meet client needs).

  • Deep understanding of customer success principles and account management best practices.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client objectives and align solutions accordingly.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
