Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Data Entry Operators, Computer Operators, and Back Office Executives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and updating company databases, handling back-office operations, and ensuring smooth and efficient data processing. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents systematically.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, document preparation, and report generation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data while following company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on data entries to prevent errors.
- Coordinate with various departments to retrieve and update required information.
- Assist in generating reports, invoices, and other required documents.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of computer systems and software used for data processing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computers and office software (MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Good typing speed (minimum 25-35 words per minute).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and back-office operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in data entry, computer operations, or back-office roles is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or data management software is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Part-time or remote opportunities may be available depending on business needs.
