Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute account management plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.
  • Travel within the region as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Experience in the recruitment or job placement industry is a plus.
  • Prior experience managing regional accounts and working with cross-functional teams.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard business hours (Monday to Friday), with flexibility based on client needs.
  • Occasional travel may be required within the assigned region.
