Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated Regional Key Account Manager to oversee and expand our key client relationships within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic planning.
- Create and execute account management plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to optimize profitability.
- Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.
- Travel within the region as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in key account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
- Experience in the recruitment or job placement industry is a plus.
- Prior experience managing regional accounts and working with cross-functional teams.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard business hours (Monday to Friday), with flexibility based on client needs.
- Occasional travel may be required within the assigned region.
